about
a story of trust, clarity & alignment
For much of her life, Janice Maple did what many capable women do — she showed up, held everything together, supported others, and made things work.
With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including business leadership, mentoring teams, and becoming the Number 1 Salesperson in her area two years in a row, Janice built a successful career through hard work, intuition, resilience, and a deep understanding of people.
But beneath the success, something deeper was quietly unfolding.
Over time, Janice began to recognise that people were coming to her for more than practical guidance. They came to her for clarity. For perspective. For calm. They felt safe in her presence. Conversations became transformational. Emotional truths surfaced naturally. What she had always considered “normal” was, in fact, one of her greatest gifts — the ability to truly see, hear and hold space for others.
As life invited her into deeper self-reflection, Janice began her own journey of remembering — reconnecting with her intuition, questioning old identities, and learning to trust herself in an entirely new way. Through this process, she discovered that true alignment is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who we have always been beneath the roles, expectations, responsibilities and conditioning we carry through life.
Align – Live Work Well was born from this awakening.
Today, Janice combines lived experience, intuitive insight, tarot reflection, storytelling and emotionally grounded guidance to support others on their own journey of self-discovery and becoming.
Through reflective mentoring sessions, workshops, women’s gatherings and conscious conversation, she helps people reconnect with their own inner wisdom, trust their intuition, and create lives aligned with their truth, purpose and personal path.
Because Janice believes that when we learn to truly align with ourselves, life begins to flow from a place of greater clarity, authenticity and fulfilment.

Community
In 2019, I created Kindred Women Together in the Byron Shire, NSW, drawing on skills developed through my earlier career in event management. What began as a social club has grown into a vibrant community for women to connect, learn, socialise and have fun.
Through a diverse and ever-evolving program, Kindred Women Together creates opportunities for meaningful connection by hosting events and supporting other women facilitators to share their own offerings with the wider community.
Since its beginning, this journey has led to the development of many new skills and pathways of learning for me.
One particularly transformative path was the study of tarot with local gifted reader and well-known clairvoyant, Tamsin Wolfe. Learning the beautiful and intuitive language of tarot sparked a deep connection to its wisdom and insight. Tarot’s ability to reflect exactly what is unfolding in a given moment revealed its powerful capacity for self-awareness, clarity and transformation.
Today, tarot has become a central part of my offerings shared with the community and beyond. It is a powerful modality for helping others tap into their own intuitive abilities, better understand the energies reflected through the cards, and uncover hidden blockages or patterns that may not yet be obvious.
Offerings include one-on-one interactive sessions for personal empowerment, group workshops designed to teach the language of tarot, and social events where tarot lovers can connect, practise and explore the cards together.

Real Estate Industry AUS
My real estate career began in Byron Bay in 2001, starting as a Sales Trainee and progressing to business ownership by 2010. Along the way, I was recognised as the Number 1 salesperson in my local area for two consecutive years, co-owned a successful local franchise for a decade, and later operated my own independent sales business from 2019 to 2021, earning several industry awards for excellence.
After a brief break, I returned to real estate with a passion for mentoring and supporting others in the industry. In 2021, I joined McGrath Estate Agents Northern Rivers as Department Manager of Property Management. When the rental portfolio transitioned to Byron Coastal Property Management in 2023, I played a key role in facilitating a smooth and successful handover.
In my final two years in real estate, I served as General Manager and Licensee of Byron Coastal Property Management, leading a team of eight and overseeing a portfolio of approximately 400 properties.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities real estate has given me and am passionate about sharing my lived experience, leadership insights and industry knowledge to support the growth of others.

growth & connection
We value growth as a continuous journey—personally, professionally, and as a team—fueled by curiosity, learning, and openness to change. At the same time, we believe that real progress happens through genuine connection: with our selves, our community, and each other. Together, growth and connection shape everything we create and how we show up in the world.

well
wellbeing & trust
Wellbeing and trust are the foundation of how we work and who we are. We prioritise balance, care, and sustainability—not just in what we offer, but in how we operate—because people thrive when they feel supported. By showing up with honesty and integrity, we build trust that lasts, creating spaces where collaboration feels safe, respectful, and genuinely human.
