For much of her career, Janice Maple did what many high-performing professionals do—she showed up, solved problems, and made things work. As a professional with over 25 years in the real estate industry, Janice has walked in nearly every set of shoes—from property management to top-tier sales. She was ranked Number 1 Salesperson in her area two years in a row, and her extensive experience across all facets of the industry means she understands the real pressures, triumphs, and turning points agents face at every stage.
But over time, she began to notice something deeper: people were coming to her not just for answers, but for clarity. For perspective. For calm. Colleagues felt safer when she was in the room. Teams stabilized in her presence. Challenges seemed less overwhelming. She wasn’t just doing a job—she was holding space.
This quiet gift had been there all along. From mentoring overwhelmed agents to redefining roles that didn’t fit, Janice was intuitively helping people return to themselves. She didn’t just manage; she listened, witnessed, and realigned. And slowly, her true work revealed itself—not fixing people or carrying burdens, but helping workplaces and individuals find their own resonance.

During this time I worked on international events, national trade exhibitions, and sporting events. In 2018 I created the Kindred Women Together community in Byron Bay - a community focused group for women to create connection.

I have enjoyed 24 years of being a Real Estate Professional. From being an independent agent to a franchisee I have loved this journey. Most noteable achievements during this time was being #1 RateMyAgent Salesperson for Bangalow 2 years in a row, being a co-owner of Elders Bangalow for 10 years, achieving Elders Top Listing Agent award for Northern NSW/Qld and also the Elders Top 10 Performers Award. I was instrumental in the sale of McGrath Byron Bay's rental portfolio in 2023, with the more recent role of General Manager of a property management company in Byron Bay.
